How do I replace a ROBO in my league?

It is difficult, to say the least.  It also depends on if you're in a Lightning League, Ultimate, League or a Keeper League.  If you're in a Lightning, Ultimate or All Universe League, unfortunately, you may not have much recourse.  If you can convince the ROBO manager in question to surrender the team, then  BBM Commissioner Rich Pagliaro can reassign that team to another person who wishes to take over that team's operations.  As this requires the manager's permission, and a ROBO team has a manager that may not attend to his/her team often enough, this might prove a difficult proposition.  Your best bet is to avoid a league with the potential for ROBOs.  However, if you, or others in your league, determine that a team can be replaced, email your request to Commissioner Rich Pagliaro (commissioner@baseballmanager.com ) with your request.  Unfortunately, the ROBO manager has already paid for team, so they own it.  This means they can run it (or not run it) any way they wish.  Hopefully, if you discover a manager goes ROBO, you can convince them in the best interest of the league to turn the team over to someone else.

If you are in a Keeper League, there is a major difference from what is described above, since inclusion in a Keeper League requires a manager to pay for the current season as well as the next season.  Hopefully, this payment plan prevents managers from going ROBO, but it is not a guarantee.  If your Keeper League has a manger who quits checking on the team, or quits making lineup changes, or who does not seem to 'reappear' for the following season, the BBM Commissioner can make a determination that the team has indeed gone ROBO, and they will replace that manager with someone who desires to take over.  Once again, this request can be made by emailing Commissioner Rich Pagliaro at commissioner@baseballmanager.com .
