Click on the black 'Mark All Read' button at the top of the screen. This will open up a page where you may either click the 'Mark all Clubhouses Read' button to do just that. Or, click on one or more of the individual clubhouses below to only mark the posts in those clubhouses as read.
You may also edit your profile so all posts will automatically be marked as read each time you leave the DC. Go to 'More', 'Edit your Profile' and scroll down near the bottom where you can click on the 'Yes' dot next to 'Automatically mark all new msgs read'. Then hit 'Save'.
