The Diamond Club Bulletin Board (http://dc.baseballmanager.com/wb) is a popular meeting place where happy hour is every hour and baseball is always on the menu. The Diamond Club (known as the 'DC') is a great place to meet fellow managers, receive replies to game-related questions, learn the subtleties of the sport and tout your triumphs after a thrilling victory or share your sorrows after a disappointing defeat. If you have a question the quickest way to get an answer is usually on the DC. BBM's esteemed coaching staff — Art Dameron, Bob Kessler, Mike Grandel and Mikey Knott — and many experienced managers frequent the board, dispensing invaluable insight and they are always happy to answer any question. The important headings on the Diamond Club include:
BBM Announcements - Where BBM management posts informational notices. Only BBM management can post here. It's a good idea to check this topic weekly for the latest BBM news.
BBM Bar and Grill - An informal spot for baseball and non-baseball boasts, jests and other assorted casual conversations. There's no last call here and every item on the menu is on the house so pull up a bar stool and meet other managers.
BBM Tools and Tips - Items of informational interest such as the Game Resolution Formula are posted here. This is also restricted to postings by BBM management and coaches.
Coaches Corner - The best place to receive rapid replies to your questions. A new manager can receive an extensive education in the game simply by reading the posts here.
Commissioner's Office - The place to make posts you want to bring to Commissioner Rich's attention (for urgent problems you should always email the Commish directly at commissioner@baseballmanager.com as the Commish reads email daily first before visiting the DC). But there is some overlap between this heading and Coaches Corner, since the coaches often answer questions posted here too.
Diamond Club Feedback - A place for questions or comments concerning the Diamond Club Bulletin Board.
Draft Questions – Post questions concerning the BBM draft.
Form Leagues (various types) - These headings are the place to go to join an existing league or recruit managers to fill your league.
League Headings - You can start a thread for your league under the appropriate heading here. Many managers feel the camaraderie of chatting, bragging, kidding, and getting to know the other managers in your league greatly adds to the BBM experience.
