Yes, by using the Diamond Club you can send messages to individual managers. Email addresses are listed to the right of a manager’s name in each message. Click on the email address and your email program will pop-up ready to send the manager a message.
If you can't find a message already written by the manager you are trying to contact, you can locate them from within the Diamond Club by clicking on the MORE… button located in the toolbar at the top of the page. Then click on Search Users and perform the type of search you want to use. Their email address will then be listed.
NOTE: some managers elect to HIDE their email address. In those cases you will not be able to use the directions just described to send them an email. To select that option choose Edit Your Profile and check the appropriate box toward the bottom of the page.
