Yes, you can send and receive email to and from the Diamond Club instead of actually logging on to the Diamond Club. Some managers prefer this additional form of communication rather than always visiting the online Club. In fact, receiving messages from at least the BBM Announcements Clubhouse is an excellent way to make sure you receive all of the latest news and updates from the Commissioner and Grounds Crew.
To receive messages from the Diamond Club you need to first logon to the Club at (http://dc.baseballmanager.com/wb). Once inside click on the MORE button located in the toolbar at the top of the page. Then click on MAILING LISTS and finally click on the Clubhouse(s) of your choice. Be sure to click on the Save button at the very bottom of the page when finished. Your email program will now receive all of the messages posted in that clubhouse and when you want to reply to a message you can do that from your email software as well.
One bit of advice: some of the clubhouses are very active and that translates into receiving a LOT of email. So, be careful how many clubhouses you sign up for.
