INTRODUCTION: During the enrollment to our fantasy games, or if you order merchandise from us, you provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. When you enroll in our Diamond Club, our bulletin board message service, you provide us with your name, address, phone number and email address. GameLine understands that you may be concerned about what will happen with this information. As a result, GameLine has adopted the following Privacy Policy, which discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices. We also collect IP addresses but that is only to help us diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site.

WHY WE NEED THE INFORMATION: GameLine uses the data you provide during the enrollment process to allow you to subscribe online, simply and quickly. Financial information that is collected is used to check the user's qualifications for registration and to bill the user for products and services. The demographic and profile data we collect is used to create aggregate data about our customer base, which we may share with advertisers on an aggregate basis only. In addition, we request email addresses as this allows GameLine to notify you of your fantasy game ID, and enables us to contact you with special news and announcements.

COOKIES: Like many sites, GameLine collects information about online behavior using cookies. These cookies contain identification information that enables us to see how our users are interacting with our site and how frequently they are returning, as well as to streamline their experiences using our games. GameLine does not share any of the individual personal information you provide GameLine with the sites that GameLine links to, although GameLine may share aggregate data with such sites.

PUBLIC FORUMS: GameLine does offer chat rooms and bulletin boards to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in the chat rooms and on the bulletin boards. If you post personal information online, or post a message to the bulletin board that will include your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information.

INDIVIDUALS UNDER 13: GameLine encourages parents to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the sites. However, if you are under the age of 13, you may not enroll in our games.
